Fleet VIP (Very *********** People)

I will never advise anyone, even my worst enemy to do business with these guys. Their unprofessionalism is unparalled and the arrogance is on another level. I took in my Foton bakkie for repairs in 2017 and my insurance was charged more than 30k for the repairs. They fixed the bakkie, but had some parts still outstanding due to back order delays. They said i could collect the vehicle whilst they waited for delivery of the parts. It normally takes a month or 2 and they promised to call back, which obviously never happens. I discovered later that when the were repairing the vehicle they took away my side step, but never put it back. I used to call and go there once or so every month and even threatened to take them to Speak out, but they were unfazed and all they did was give empty promises and excuses. To cut the long story short, its the end of 2019 and the fender and mud cover are still outstanding, including my side step that they misplaced or who knows what they did with it.
