Fleet VIP Solution = Fleet VIP Nightmare

My car had its left mirror broken in an accident late October 2019. My insurance sent me to them for repairs. They told me they will order the mirror. It is now 28 October 2020. Only now do they have it. A whole YEAR later. I am going to cancel my insurance after this repair since they have chosen such an *********** company. STAY AWAY!
