EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Yesterday I got a call from Patricia telling me my car is ready for collection today she told me Hazel will give me a call to tell me what time i should come and collect my car she never called, .when I call to check if my car is ready Hazel seem to know nothing regarding my car, I called 5 times asking her about my car because she kept telling me she will get back to me. later when I CALL I was told my car is not ready I will get it next week

This is been happing from last Month I was supposed to collect my LAST MONTH ON 28/04/2021 the date was changed to 30/05/2021 STILL I CALLED them to check if the car is ready I was told I will get the car today 07/05/2021 now its other story! THIS IS TOTAL NOT ACCEPTABLE
