Extremely depressing
One would believe all those negative reviews were made up or if you took a chance, that it will not happen to them. Nearing 3 months and I still do not have my car fixed. When you call for an update they always promise to call back, never believe that lie. Discovered 2 months later that they **** about ordering my bumper too. If your insurance sends your car here, fight it because you will be without a car for months.
