Extensive time on vehicle repairs

I am not impressed with their service. My car has been with them for 2 months and repairs are still not complete. I called them last week they said by latest Friday (05.07.24) it will be done. When i called this morning I'm getting told i can only get it on Monday or Tuesday. I was told by the parts department that i will get daily feedback on the progress and that did not happen. I am not happy with their service!
