Empty Promises

My vehicle was in for repairs at Fleet VIP Solutions.(27-02-2019) I was so pleased when they phoned me after 8 days and advised me that my car was ready for collection.(6-06-2019) After inspection of my vehicle, I found that my number plate was not replaced, as it was supposed to be placed, according to the "job card". They assured me that they will get a new number plate, and will personally come to me on 10 June 2019 (as for the fact that I refused to again drive +- 60 minutes to their workplace). That Monday came and go and on eventually on Thursday, 13 June 2019 one of their workers came to replace my number plate. While the worker was busy pop riveting the number plate cover onto my car, I noticed that the number plate was totally different than the original one that was on my car. It looked like a **** number plate. The numbering of the plate was over the emblem and the letter "Free" of Free State Province, was also not visible because of the numbering covering the wording. I asked if they could get me a new one and the worker assured me that they could get a new one before close of business day on that even date. Well. Until today, 21 June 2019, I still do not have a new number plate. I phone their offices on several occasions and they kept on making empty promises. I am very unhappy about the service I received from Fleet VIP Solutions!
