Disgusting work

For over a month now my car has been in their workshop. First got a call to say your car is ready, you have to pay the excess and heaven forbid you don't collect the car because then storage will be charged. So off we go to collect, well well well the car was not ready, in fact, the car had new damages that were not there when we handed the car in for repair. So another week goes by with empty promises of everything will be fixed. We go to collect it this morning after receiving a call to say the car is now 100% fixed, and again to our utter disappointment and disgust it was far from ready. I cannot believe First for Women would recommend this company as a preferred panel beater.
