Client service experience

Poor service provided to me from Mpho and livingston.

from the time they received my vehicle details from the insurer they kept confirming that they have the car only to find out they didn't i have to call to have the car sent to their premises. the quotation was not complete and accessor checked the car another quotation was sent to the insurer. then another one again because they missed something where they though they would be able to fix but things like the bonnet needs to be replaced. from May I've been waiting for the vehicle the only communication i get is that they are still waiting for the parts from their stores. note this communication i get which is always initiated by myself. poor service my experience with with Fleet VIP is just the worst. now I'm just waiting for them to finish my vehicle ,I'm no longer going to contact them i will wait for them to take their precious time.
