Car damaged after minor repairs. Shocking.

My car was booked in for very minor repairs (small dent at the back and replacement of tail light).

When I received my car back I had to jump-start it every morning and after returning the car and them keeping it there for 2 weeks I was told I needed to replace my battery. This may just have been a co-incidence that it decided to pack up while being with them.

However, when they returned my car I found that the car overheated on the way to my house. The driver could not tell me for how long they drove my car in that state after I caught them putting in water at the gate of my complex - obviously trying to hide the fact.

I now cannot drive my car for more than 3 kms without having to add water and I suspect they have done some serious damage to my car. I am also not getting any response from them regarding this issue.

Unfortunately Santam forced me to use this repairer.
