My vehicle was in for repairs and nearly after 2 weeks my car was ready for collection. Although it did take some time to complete the repairs, it was well worth the wait!

My car’s keys were fixed without any communication whatsoever, they have taken the last bit of paint on the car that was left and fixed the remaining scratches on the car without any request whatsoever. The paint job is of upmost quality and nowhere have I noticed any flaws in the repair process.

I have taken a picture of the mileage when the car was in for repairs and the mileage was exactly the same on collection, when my insurance had difficulties with a towing service, I have arranged with the VIP solutions as per my insurance and they have sorted out all the finances on my behalf. All that I had to pay was the access.

I was regularly updated regarding the process of the repairs, the staff were all very eager to assist upon inquiry and very friendly.

In all my experience, I have not received such great service, I would like to compliment and share the amazing experience I had with Fleet VIP, not to mention that the assessor spot every single problem where other assessors have not spotted.
