Bad service

The worst customer service from this panelbeater. My car was towed to them on the 5th of January. Levingston who works there told me the car will be repaired in less than 14 days. Today is the 9th and they tell me the car is not ready because they are waiting for parts and they are waiting for dial direct to authorize the parts. This are all lies because Dial direct has already authorized the parts. So either this panelbeater is a ****** company that only focuse on fixing white people cars and neglect Black people's cars. Every time I call them they give me a different story..their stories change from, we waitin for a rim, to shocks....always a different story. I would not recommend this panelbeater.
