5 Months to repair a vehicle???

I have been waiting since January to have my vehicle repaired by this bunch and still waiting. My vehicle is insured by some dummies called Standard Bank and between the two companies i'm not sure who is more ***********. When i call them for an update the response is always \your vehicle is in the final process and you will receive it before week ends"only to be told they are waiting for certain parts"
