4 Months to repair my vehicle, POOR POOR SERVICE

4 Months to repair a vehicle??? I have been waiting since June to have my vehicle repaired byVIP i am and still waiting. I have also been told twice that the car is ready for collection, only to be told, we have found something else wrong now. My vehicle is insured through Outsurance and between the two companies i'm not sure who is more ***********. When i call them for an update, which is all the time, they never get back to you. Their response is always, your vehicle is in the final process and you will receive it within the next day or two. For a panel beater to be so poor, I would not recommend anyone using them in future. Outsurance, you also need to relook who are your preferred service providers.
