Misrepresentation and *****

I bought a car from this dealership and on the day of collecting the car , the car started experiencing mechanical issues, I took the car to Audi center to check the issues and it was later revealed that the car details were incorrect, the mileage was tempered with and the year model was not the one advertised.The owner by the name of Cyril then promised to have the car assessed since it has a two year warranty. The first feedback given was that the mechanical issues were fixed and they were checking the gearbox but the car should be fixed in few days. I went to check the car and to request a report of what was done and to my surprise I was informed that they are unable to take me to the workshop but will provide the report by close of business. To my shock I received an email stating that the car will take weeks to repair and they do not have the time frame however I can either wait for the car or take another car of the same value. I requested my full refund as the car was faulty from the onset and was with me for a day until I returned it and they refused to refund me saying I can go through the legal route. Will be embarking on that journey since the dealership has both my money and the car.... never buy from this dealership or validate their information before any deal
