Bunch of ****ming ...

Where do I start? There isn't enough words to describe my disapointment.If I could I wouldn't even given 1 star. I bought a car in June 2021 with the floor price of 55k then they informed me about the 3200 admin fee witch I asked to be added to my bill we agreed that the only amount to be paid totals to 58200 with a monthly fee of 2150 over 18 months and that I'll recive my papers immediatley after my last payment witch was December 2022. As time passed the licence had to be renewed and when I informed them about it they said I didn't pay the 3200 admin fee so I paid it again, this year (2022) I informed them again about the licence since the car is not on my name yet and they informed me that I didn't pay the 4600 admin fee, after alot of fighting they deducted the 3200 and said the rest is still outstanding witch I paid AGAIN I paid my last payment in November 2022 and since then I'm struggeling to get my papers every time I ask them they say "I'll ask the supervisor" but nothing comes from it it's now the 27th of December with no luck. I WON'T RECOMENT FLAWLESS CARS TO ANY ONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A HONEST CAR DEALER!!!!

P.S I did receive my papers at last (2023) but now I'M STUCK WITH A LICENCE THAT IS A YEAR BEHIND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MET THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. BUT THEY WANT ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW?
