Flawkess Cars not so flawless

I bought a Suzuki Swift 1.4i from Flawless Cars. The ad stated that it was an 1.6 and in excellet condition. When we went too look at the car, you could clearly see that the car was in an accident. The rest of the car seemed fine. When I asked about the accident and certain features of the car that I wasn't happy with, they assured me that it wil be fixed before I collect the car. We had to put down a deposit of R 10 000.00, or else they could still sell the car to someone else. Because it sounded like a good deal and they promised to fix everything, we paid the deposit. Martin, the deaer, still whatsuped me later to ask for an extra R1000 to fix everything. We went back on the Tuesday, and although it seemed like all exterior features was fixed, I did not get a proper look, for they wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible.<br> I paid R86 000 for a car that was not fixed properly. <br> When I asked whether I can bring the car for fixing the aircon and wheel axles, as well as respraying the bonnet, I was told that they would let me know when it would suit them. I haven't heard of them again, and my guarantee expires on the 20/10/2015. <br> It will cost me R 9000 to fix their mistakes
