Discriminate customer service

The reason for my visit was to find out about using their venue for my son's birthday party. <br> <br> The service that we received from the managerowner was extremely appalling and unacceptable. We were told by a waiter that the manager will see us in 10 minutes however more than 10 minutes had passed and the manager never came through. I then told the waiter to tell the manager that we do understand that he is very busy and to please tell us when it would be more convenient for us to come back, the waiter then returned saying that he's manager said that he will be with us in 10 minutes however that never happened again.<br> <br> He helped every other person that came through after us and just completely ignored us. Some people were waiting for tables so he offered them to sit at the bar while they waited. He didn't even acknowledge our presence after seeing us standing there and especially after the waiter had brought it to his attention twice.<br> <br> An hour had passed with my husband, 9 month old baby and me standing outside the restaurant and waitin
