THE RULES AT HERITAGE VIEW PARKTOWN JHB ARE UNBEARABLE

The flats look great and the price exceeds the look, one would think the service would match the appearance but DOLOLO!!! parking is R400 a month which is ridiculous because they claim to not be responsible for ****** cars, to top it all theres no car pot so come rain and sunshine your car will be ruined. part of their rules is that visitors are allowed in from 10am till 10pm daily. TODAY their was noise in the early hours of the morning CAUSED BY TWO SECURITY GUYS KNOCKING AT A TENANTS DOOR DEMANDING A CHECK OUT FROM THE VISITOR THEY HAD. THEY (THE SECURITY)PHYSICALLY HIT A WOMAN (TENANT) DUE TO THE ARGUMENT THEY HAD SIMPLY BECAUSE THE WOMAN WAS NOT KEEN WITH HER VISITOR LEAVING THE PREMISES AT THAT TIME!!!! THE CARE TAKER (MASHUDU) WAS LOCKED IN HIS FLAT AND HE DID NOT COME TO RESOLVE OR ASSIST THE SCENE REGARDLESS OF THE CONSTANT KNOCK AT MASHUDUS FLAT!!! IF YOU LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT LET IT NOT BE HERITAGE VIEW JHB (PARKTOWN)
