Poor customer service and etiquette!!

I placed an order on the 8th and paid on the 9th of June and sent all relevant paperwork. I haven’t received my order and when I try and call them, the phones go unanswered emails don’t get responded to and neither are their WhatsApp messages. I’m sick and tired and I really want my refund now!
