Arrogance from FLAT stomach tea agent

I ordered and paid for a flat stomach tea combo from a Nokwanda who goes by Noxcy on Facebook. The payment was made on Sunday 7th June 2020 and on Monday I asked her if she remembers to send the parcel, she said I would get an SMS, which I did not get. I kept asking her about the parcel until I asked for the tracking number on Thursday the 11th, she said had already left the office and should give it to me the following day. She called me on Friday morning confirming my address... which I found strange considering the fact that she was quiet all along and said she had sent the parcel. Long story short... I received a tracking number from her, called aramex to find out why my parcel was taking so long... they told me.that the tracking number is not on their system... this means I got ****med. The lady from flat stomach tea was not helpful in her responses, instead she told me that my R350 was useless to her and she didn't "give a damn". She still won't give me my useless R350 back nonetheless
