No delivery after payment - ****

I placed an order on 16th March 2022 and have not received my order to date. I have followed up via WhatsApp and Instagram and no response. Calls are not being answered. The consultant i haver been dealing with is ST Gumede.. She has been posting but IGNORING ALL my follow up messages.
