FlashBetza Disappointment

I downloaded the FlashBetza app - associated with YOCO - and won a few times. It is after all a gambling app. However yesterday I won again, and my account was blocked this morning saying there were "game irregularities" and pattern discrepancies. They notified me this morning that I forfeit my winnings and that is their final decison. What is the point of the app and playing the games if you're not supposed to win?
