FLASHBANGS.CO.ZA also trading as The Outdoor Innovation company is not following the usual online practices. I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago. An automated message, confirming the order, came through immediately after payment was made. Two weeks later, I made teleponic inquiries, as no further information was forthcoming. The web page states that delivery will be in 3 days After twice phoning the company, a promise was made to expedite the order, but this promise was not kept. After then asking for the money to be refunded, I was promised that the order was ready and would be sent immediately. Delivery was made, but the order was still incomplete. Upon further inquiry, I was told that they had stock issues. This was not disclosed at the time of ordering. It seems that this company is focused more on corporate clients like Fideliity and Bidvest. They even use their logos on the webpage. I'm not sure if this is to create the impression of credibility. Smaller orders have very low priority, and communication is non-existant. When promises are made, they are false and misleading I have dealt with this company(ies) before and I was very happy with their service at the time. Something has drastically changed. Buyer beware.
