VOUCHER PIN NOT GOTTEN

Hi I purchased a voucher from 1 voucher online the money was deducted from my account but NO voucher number came through logged a email to customer support No response Called the call center to hear they say they qre busy with it,saying they will call me back in 15 minutes for feedback several times I called the call center but received a email to say the issue has been resolved. A WEEK LATER NOTHING IS RESOLVED YET

WHAT IS THIS ... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...
