Voucher code not sent and no assistance offered

I purchased a Voucher using the 1Voucher website on the 14th of November, I opted to receive the Voucher via email and got no Voucher code. I emailed through the issue with all the relevant details including card and transaction details and I received confirmation that the matter will be escalated and a refund will be processed.

After that the ticket was closed and I received no further feedback.
