Very bad service

Flash is a pain when there is a problem. I deposited money into flash account but there was a problem at tge atm so there was a delay for the money to show on their side. The bank proved that the money was deposited into flash account on 14 oct 2021 but until now flash doesn't want to deposit that money to flash account. I did everything I can but nothing
