Useless service - can't even register app

I registered my details on the downloaded app and tried to logon but I get an error that my credentials does not match. It asks me for a secret word but I never entered one. I cannot email as there is no email address, I filled in the online form it does not work. I called them and after 20 minutes no one answers. I am glad that I found this out BEFORE paying them any money as the service does not work ...
