To hell with flash

It's beyond me how an ICT company can be as useless as Flash trader. I've been waiting 2 weeks for something they could literally get done in just 10 minutes. It's infuriating speaking to the call centre because they're just clueless. I would hate to be a flash employee if Flash doesn't see anything wrong with not getting the right people for the job. We pay for this service it's not donated to us but their utter disrespect for clients is sickening.
