Still Waiting for Airtime via Voucher... Nearly 24hrs already...

Dear Sir/Madam

My partner bought two vouchers at Madiba No 1 Supermarket, 12 Goldman St, Florida, (02 Oct 11:31) the details of the vouchers are as follows:

• 1 for R 100 • 1 for R 50

Both where for a Telkom sim card which is not relevant as your advertising says one voucher any network, and after nearly 24hrs, has still not received the airtime as committed by your agent and hence your company. We find this level of service totally unacceptable and require immediate attention to this issue, and a reply detailing why the service we have paid for has not been provided. I shall also be posting this message on Hello Peter to advise other potential clients of the level of service obtained.

As when we contacted your call centre, all they did was tell us we must wait…. Well we are still waiting !!!!

So much for your branding and advertising saying how easy it is…..
