This is now two weeks since I requested a withdrawal from Betway via 1foryou voucher & despite the stress & costs that they have caused me in the last two weeks, I still have not received any details for my voucher. They have sent me pillar to post between themselves & flash/1foryou & neither of the two organisations are able to give me info on my withdrawal... The customer service representative named - Fiona, said to me in her last call to me that from there side the payment had been made to their supplier & that she had given me a transaction number & that it was my problem to call & follow up on it (even tho I am their customer, not a flash customer) ... Despite me sending her the email between flash & myself. Since then none of the above mentioned organisations have responded to my emails or contacted me regarding my withdrawal .... So between the two they have ****** me of my money & are now avoiding me .... Talk about ethical principles though! I think I have no other option but to contact NGR & then contact the media & expose the malpractice of both Betway & Flash.... Truly the most unpleasant situation I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
