R1000.00 Flash Voucher magically redeemed in JHB. Flash Group protecting their own people?

We purchased a flash voucher for a value of R1000.00 at USave. When we tried loading it on the machine, it failed. Then we raised a complaint at USave and a communication was done with Flash Group to confirm the validity of the flash voucher to which they confirmed that it is legit. But things turned west when we gave one of Flash Group call operators the flash voucher. Next time, we went to make a follow up about the case complaint we lodged, to our surprise the flash voucher had already been sold to a customer in Johannesburg, imagine!! When we tried resolving the conflict with the Flash Group, they kept diving and dodging the fact that it was one of their operators who might have stoled the flash voucher and sold it to someone in JHB. Every time we called them, we will repeat the same story of what happened to every new call operator we would talk to. We were just going in circles like a dog trying to catch its tail. UP to todast for the past 3 months, we're still waiting for them to finalise with their "investigations".
