POOR SEVICE AND A BIG MONEY WASTE

THIS MACHINE IS TERRIBLE AND THE COMPANY IS JUST AS BAD. We have paid R400 into their bank account last week and still struggling with them to put the money on the machine. we have contacted the company and a puseletso spoke to us not very helpful i must add. they first told me that they need the owner who registered the machine which is me then they say my machine is register under a diffrent id and that they need the owner the more i explained that it is my machine then she told me sorry i have to end the chat and that i must do it all over again 19;50 i spoke to them again and started helping me again and suddenly sorry contact us tomorrow again. im so fed up the machine is a 1300 400 into their account as well and still no airtime to sell to my customers which i have lost now because i cant sell them airtime. poor service and uneducated people that doesn't help you at all. wont carry on with the machine as it is a waste of money. i want a refund on my machine and money
