No Service @ Flash

I recently dow loaded the Flash Trader to app to give this a go... so in order for me to test the app i needed to top-up my balance, which I've done through EFT. I transferred the money from my Nedbank account to Flash' Nedbank account. I made an error in doing this because i needed to quote my cell number as reference. I've only realised afterwards that i didn't enter the number correctly... My cell nr is *** and I was supposed to enter the following number *** as reference but i entered ***. I've done this on 18/08/22 @ 8 0:35. I've been trying to het hold of flash ever since without any success. I just need someone to sort this mess out and apply my funds to my Flash account
