Flush ripped me 3000

I made a payment mistake to flash mobile vending 14 December 2024. I been trying to get my refund since then. Unfortunately, I do not have an account with them so they can not able to assist me rather re-allocating. I made a call today requesting assistance and the agent deny that even the account number is theirs.
