Flash Trader Terrible Service

I sold a lotto ticket on the 17 January 2018 for the lotto draw taking place on the same day and the flash machine didn't produce a ticket yet my money was taken from my account , I called the flash call centre and I waited for more than an hour over the phone without even speaking to an agent

All they want to see is money rolling in, they dont care for the trader using their product to supply a service
