Flash Trader and Nedbank stole my money

I deposited money in their account in August still today my funds don't reflect in their account. Nedbank their service provider keeps saying the money is in their account. They keep sending me back and forth instead of resolving it between themselves.

Yesterday Thandiwe kept speaking to me like she never received customer service training.

She asked me a question at 18:45 and by 18:46 after I responded she closed the chat. I asked her how dare she close the chat?

Her response: is there a reason for you to speak in such a manner ? I did not close the chart you were not responding.
