Flash Group *****s money from people by disabling accounts with funds in them

I am extremely disgruntled at the service I have received from the Flash Group, It has been 25 days since I have sent my query to the Flash Group and provided them with every thing needed to help resolve my issue but till this day I have not received any communication from the Flash Group.I have attached pictures as evidence of my account, as well as messages I have received from the Flash group, I have sent the last 1 voucher I loaded on my account and also as assistance to retrieve and reactivate my account. I spoke to one of the Flash Group's consultants on Monday 8th of January 2024, her name is Esethu Nguqa around 10:57 am for about 10min 13 sec using my mobile number ***) which I used to register my flash app on the 22nd of July 2023 at 04:49am (please see attached OTP code and message to reset my password from the Flash team. Esethu tried to assist but then told me that she could not pick up any account under my number or the details (ID number *** ) I had given her. I have also attached a screenshot I had sent to my daughter,s phone after buying electricity for my home hoping you will be able to trace the meter number, reference, my home address or token number to retrieve my account.

I buy electricity for my home through the flash app and I have loaded a voucher to buy electricity for the entire month on my flash app and I can afford to lose all that money. Me and my children had to struggle for electricity whilst I had load a voucher to provide for them, I am a single mother and every single sent I have matters. I have asked the flash group also forward to me the reference and recording of my call with Esethu Nguqa.

Still no luck.

If there is someone who can help me in any way please reach out on the number ***. I am going to take this up with the Ombudsman and I will go to the extent of suing the Flash Group for disadvantaging myself and my children and threatening my mental well being causing all this stress in my life.
