Flash balance not updated

I made a payment of R205 to flash day before yesterday unfortunately the reference I wrote was wrong now I am trying to get help from them they are refusing to help me asking me to send a proof that I can't find on my app when I try to explain the agent is being rude I sent them bank statement still they don't want to assist me
