Flash airtime machine worst customer service ever

This company has the worst customer service. I had to wait two days for an answer on their whatsapp helpline but they did not want to wait 10 minutes for my reply. Worst of it all is they do not answer old telephone numbers, but if you whatsapp them with a new number they answer within an hour. So only new customers get client service. The adverti*****ts in the flash box is also false. Some of the agents was very rude to me in the past as well.
