Flash Airtime Machine Broken

Took machine in to flash kiosk for batery replacement in finro Port Elizabeth machine was working perfectly only batery needed replacement becuase of not lasting. The woman at kiosk remove old batery and inserted new batery up side down batery got stuck and she remove it with *****driver and broke off some off the batery connections points i ask her what she is doing she said it is no problem now the machine only works with mains on now i concact them to replace my machine that they broke until now only promises.
