Dont buy flash

The call centre is like no one has an idee what to do they have no funtion for afrikaans so i choose eng but when the opperator start talking he cant even talk eng they cant fix the problem on hand on every call they want me to send my id to whatsapp and get a token but after doing that i must phone again well i did but when you are talking to a new guy thats not knowing anything aswell he also not knowing how to talk eng dont want to help and puts the phone down it happend many times every time it takes time to talk to one of them and on the whatsapp they are also taking there time and when you finaly talks to someone you must help your customer then you need to do the whole story from the start just to know nothing will be sorted out its a lost you need to take i sold dstv to a cotomer their was a mistake on the slip and nobody could help me on that so please people dont buy flash for your shop go and see blu lable they are willing to help everybody
