Dissatisfied customer

I have been trying to move money from shop2shop to flash machine and it kept on giving an error "permission denied". I called Flash group and no one seems to know what they are doing. I can't sell airtime nor electricity to my customers and my business has been losing money since Friday 3/05/2024. I liaised with them that the previous shop owner moved back to Ethiopia 2 years ago and I lost contact with him and still they don't want to assist. One of their managers said he will call me back on Saturday and he never done so,he knew that he was off on Saturday. I'm very disappointed with Flash group. Even today no one wants to assist me. I'm even thinking of cancelling their machine but the problem it's my money that is still stuck on the shoptoshop machine. Very disappointed with Flash group
