Deposit not loaded

I made a deposit on Sunday around 1am immediate payment it hasn't reflected they are telling me there is nothing they can do to help me. Please help me that R200 means a lot to me I'm not working I am selling airtime and electricity to make profit I have proof of payment but still they don't want to assist me
