Cell C voucher bought from Flash not working

I bought a Cell C voucher on my Flash machine on the 8 October 2023 for data, when I tried to load it it came back with a message " Failed". I phoned Flash to inform them and they indicated that they will not be able to help me because they are just a 3rd party distributing the vouchers I must phone Cell C which I immediately did. Their response is that it is net their problem Flash must sort it out. I was going back and forth between the two companies without any help or resolution. On the 11th of October I decided to buy another similar voucher because I really needed the data each of them costing R99.01. I loaded it and got the same response that it failed to load. Up untill today I have been phoning Cell C and Flash and nothing has been resolved Cell C puts the blame on Flash and Flash puts the blame on Cell C nobody is taking responsibility or giving any customer satisfaction, I have been with Cell C for over 20 years and I have had a flash machine for more than 4 years but that doesn't count anything they seem to just shif the blame, I can't afford to lose R200 rand I need either my money back or the data that I paid for
