Bad service with Flash terminal

We have 3 Flash mobile terminals and somehow The Flash company cant help me to sell electricity. (we sold electricity many times from this device and suddenly we cant sell electricity from it) we reset the machine, it works but one function on the terminal doesn't work, We reset the machine, sent pictures of the error messages, called the center again, and still they don't know. and Flash cant assist. they don't know what the error message means. the person i spoke to at flash call center is Konani.
