BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the treatment I received at ur out in Jumbo Epping. The girl by the name Yonela dont know what is customer service at all. I went there at 16:50 wanted to pay my DSTV. She was busy with a client so I stood next to the client. She didn't even greet me, she just said "I am closed I wont help you". And I was like what do you mean u closed, aren't you guys closing at 17:00. She said to me I can see that she is busy with another client and its almost 5 pm and she doesn't close at 5pm Jumbo closes at 5pm. She gave me so much attitude that I didn't think she would assist. When I said I will report this she said you can go ahead. When I asked her if she will assist me she didn't respond and I stood there up until she asked for the account number or id number. She couldn't help her system was down when she finally decided to assist me. THE SERVICE I GOT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
