Amazing service from Joshua.

I have a small shop and I sell quite a bit of Airtime via Flash.

After the machine that I purchased became faulty due to age.. I had a tough time getting a replacement, tried reaching out to the call centre for assistance but they could not help me with anything, I even went to the flash kiosk at dibsons where I purchased the the machine but they said that they cannot help me.

A month went by and u had no luck in getting a replacement, I was talking to a friend of mine and he referred me to a guy by the name of Joshua who when I contacted, immediately addressed my matter and came out to my store to assist me in getting back up and running. He took his time in training me and my staff with the new products provided by flash (shop2shop) and only left my store after we were back up and running.

Joshua is dedicated to his job and makes me have faith that there's someone in flash ready to assist should I have a problem.
