Account on phone app says its closed

We have handed out machine in to be repaired so in the interim we were told to download the app on our cells .this method which is more costly coz you need to ensure you always have data for it to work .we have beem doing this for 2 weeks and yesterday the error stating our account is closed . When asking for assistance we get told the system is down and i need to call back .No one bothers to ask for my number to call me . 2 days without selling airtime electricity vouchers i causing my business to slow down .
