Stay away from Flash Freeze Flush enterprises

Please dont be fooled by the reviews here. Just go view the Carte Blanche article. They say they are just and advertising company. But its thier core responsibility to ensure thier contractors are licenced, they engaged Mark Levy to service the customers that called them and they didnt bother to get his license details which they admited to me they never got. They played a victim card with me when I asked that I be refunded the amount I was over charged because of Mark. They paid back another victim back after they went to carte blanche as this would damage thier reputation so they wanted to look good. What about all the others??? Also because of this my insurance didnt pay my claim as mark said my property was not compliant. So I am out of pocket R10 000 because of this and all he did was change a wire. Used the excuse my db board was not compliate etc. Flash have stopped talking to me and to this date they still have not issued me with a COC which by law needs to be provided and they will be taken to task for this, even after they sent another electrician to me to estimate the work. I can go on and on but do not use them. Do your homework first call an accredited electrician, check his licence, shop around for prices first. Dont use advertising companies. Dont use this guys at all
