Something good from a terrible experience

I have also had a bad experience with Mark - the electrician that was exposed on Carte Blanche. However I have approached the company directly in Dec last year after realizing I was ********** by him. I can honestly say they have been extremely helpful and assisted me as far as they could. They assisted with another electrician who has fixed the mess. It is a pity that this individual has done the Company so much harm. I would still recommend them - I think we have all learned a valuable lesson from all of this.
